Johnny Mitchell

Director & Registered Occupational Psychologist

Johnny is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), and member the BPS’s Division of Occupational Psychology. He is a Registered Occupational Psychologist with the UK’s Health Care Professions Council. He has worked for the last 12 years as an Occupational Psychologist supporting organisations globally on topics such as culture development, human performance improvement and incident investigations. Johnny’s interest and current focus is on using innovative ways, particularly digital games and tasks, to apply Psychological theory in a practical way. Johnny presents regularly at conferences and writes articles on topics of interest, such as on the links between personality and safety behaviour written for the IOSH magazine (May, 2019). As well as his involvement in developing Mosaic Tasks Johnny also runs owns his own company developing games as a way of delivering Human Factors training.

Alan Howard

Director & Registered Occupational Psychologist

Alan is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), and member of the BPS’s Division of Occupational Psychology. He is a Chartered Psychologist and a Registered Occupational Psychologist with the UK’s Health Care Professions Council. He has 27 years’ experience as an occupational psychologist which includes managing and delivering large consultancy projects in 6 continents. He is a former Vice President of Assessment & Development at Dubai International Airport and Director of Assessment & Development Centres at IHS Dubai. With Max Choi, Alan has co-authored 3 situational judgement tests which are published worldwide by Gartner and which have been completed by participants from over 100 countries.

Max Choi

Director & Registered Occupational Psychologist

Max is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), and member of the BPS’s Division of Occupational Psychology. He is also a founding member of the Association for Business Psychology. He is a Chartered Psychologist and a Registered Occupational Psychologist with the UK’s Health Care Professions Council. He has 28 years’ experience as an occupational psychologist which includes implementing and delivering major assessment and development programmes for organisations. More recently, Max initiated and acted as co-convener for a BPS working group to produce the UK Assessment Centre Standards which were published in 2015. His interests include introducing new innovations in psychometrics and assessment methodologies, and in global leadership. He regularly presents papers at professional conferences and has published a few papers in these areas.

TK Wu

Business Psychologist

TK has a background in the hospitality management sector and expertise in designing and delivering assessment and development solutions. TK holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire. He is a BPS qualified Psychometric Test User in Occupational Ability and Personality Testing (formerly known as Level A and B). He is also trained in a wide range of psychometric tools including the OPQ32, Saville Wave, Hogan, Lumina and Identity. TK speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
